Terms and Conditions
1) Sign a contract with us between September 22nd, 2024 and December 21st, 2024 , and you will receive a discount on your project equivalent to the H.S.T.
2) The discount will only apply to our services for the “Architectural Drawings” and does not include any services provided by any consultants.
3) This promotion is on a first come, first served basis, and therefore, deadlines for Cornerstone Drafting and Design to complete your drawings will vary depending on when a contract is signed .
4) To be eligible, ALL payments MUST BE MADE by e-transfer, cash or personal cheque .
5) Cornerstone Drafting and Design reserves the right to terminate this promotion at anytime, and also reserves the right to refuse a project at any time .
6) This promotion DOES NOT apply to any large scale projects, such as multiple subdivision homes or townhouses. However, please contact us to discuss your requirements, as we would really like to work with you on your project.
